- Integration Data: Metadata from your Google Sheets required to perform mail merge operations.
2. Use of Google Data
SmartMailr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere toGoogle API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use restricted scopes (like Gmail Send) solely to perform the actions you explicitly request, such as sending your mass email campaigns. We do not read your personal emails or sell any Google user data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted.
